Walnuts

They've been shown to help lower blood pressure, which is critical for those whose hearts are already working overtime thanks to high adrenaline levels. In fact, research so strongly backs their health benefits that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration goes so far as to recommend 1 1/2 oz per day.

Sunflower Seeds

A good source of folate, which helps your body produce a pleasure-inducing brain chemical called dopamine.

Spinach

Studies show that magnesium , which you'll find in leafy greens like spinach, improves your body's response to stress.

Blueberries

Their antioxidants counteract the effects of stress hormones like cortisol on your body.

streamyx :)




Streamyx – kami x perlu lagi menunggu giliran untuk mengepow broadband izzat yg selama ni kene beratur dan kene booked awal b4 dapat gune. Terima kasih kpd nelson ( brother kerja streamyx ) yang telah bersusah payah untuk memastikan kami mndapat streamyx. Haha. Sedangkan sebelom ni ade bebrapa kali percubaan untuk memukul nelson sbb lmbt dalam kerja dan setelah 2 bulan msk jugak streamyx. So skng da boleh online 24/7 tnpa halangan dan xde sape nak bising dan memang kerja xjalan sbb asyik faceboooooooook je . hahahaha. J

blog walking :)




Cara yang saya rasakan terbaik untuk menarik pembaca menjenguk blog kita yang tak seberapa nak ada visitor dan hidup segan mati tak mau tu adalah dengan kita bersikap baik hati menjenguk blog orang lain terlebih dahulu. Bak kata orang, kunjung mengunjung amalan mulia dan tak kenal maka tak cinta. Tak menjadi kesalahan jika kita menjenguk blog yang kita langsung tak kenal tuannya dan tuan empunya blog itu sendiri pun bukanlah terkenal. Hahah J

Teknik ini di panggil blog walking atau nama famesnye, jalan-jalan cari makan. Walaupun cara ini sangat memenat dan meletihkan jari, mana taknya, kita terpaksa meninggalkan kesan dan jejak kita di blog tersebut, tetapi harus di ingat, ianya sangat berkesan dari kita mengharapkan blog kita berada di senarai teratas carta search engine sama ada Google ataupun Yahoo. Bukan senang nak berada pada senarai teratas pada search engine.

Kita hanya perlu tinggalkan jejak sama ada pada shout box ataupun pada bahagian comment blog yang kita nak lawat. Yang penting sekali, gunakan bahasa yang indah dan berbunga hingga membuatkan hati tuan empunya ataupun pembaca blog tersebut luluh dan teruja nak jenguk blog kita. Berilah kata-kata semangat dan membina tentang blog tersebut walaupun pada hakikatnya blog tersebut memang hampeh dan mungkin menyebabkan kita menghamburkan kata-kata kesat bermakam tinggi. Jangan lupa, letakkan url link blog kita jika berpeluang.

Berpeluang ni pula bermaksud, tuan empunya blog memberi kebenaran kepada kita meletak link bagi menyalurkan sedikit dari trafik blognya kepada blog kita sebagai penghargaan atas dari komen kita yang berhemah dan bermutu tinggi isi kandungannya. Satu lagi peluang ialah jika tuan si empunya blog sememangnya tidak tahu tujuan dan muslihat kita, yang memberikan komen yang begitu puitis, berbunga segar hingga kembang hidungnya hanyalah sekadar meletakkan link. Ia juga di kira win-win situation pada blog yang menggunakan attribute dofollow.

Sebaliknya pula berlaku jika tuan empunya blog seorang diktator atau takut kepada tentera penyepam. Rata-rata mereka sebenarnya takut kepada tentera penyepam ini walaupun mereka tahu inilah lumrah dunia.
